Training Coordinator
Experience Required:
- β’ Preferred 6-12 months of work experience in Training department.
- β’ Bachelorβs degree in Maritime Studies / Human Resources / Business Administration.)
- β’ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- β’ Highly motivated, adaptable and quality deliver individual along with good communication skill and interpersonal skills- able to closely work across different cultures.
Additional Requirements:
- Plan periodic training calendars based on the training requirement as per training matrix.
- β’ Plan, Schedule, and coordinate training sessions, and events across various formats (Inperson, virtual, hybrid)
- β’ Liaise with trainers to ensure smooth delivery of training
- β’ Gather trainer feedback on participant performance and integrate insights into development plans.
- β’ Closely coordinate with cross functional team to align training and cadet related matters with operational and functional requirement
- β’ Monitor cadet status and progress toward future requirements.
- β’ Support internal and external stakeholders as per business requirement
- β’ Any other tasks and duties to support team functions and directed by team lead.
