2-4 years of experience in vessel performance monitoring.
Basic to intermediate skills in Python for developing various codes related to vessel performance management.
Basic to intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
To generate baseline models for various ship types at different loading conditions by referring to Sea Trial Reports (Hull & Engine), Model Test reports, and EEDI/EEXI document.
To utilize various empirical methods such as Holtrop & Menon method and Guldhammer method in predicting resistances of various ship types.
To estimate impact of Trim on Resistance for various ship types and then to estimate optimum trim for different ship speeds and loading conditions.
To analyze Vessel’s hull Performance, Machinery performance in monitoring fleet performance.
To coordinate with Technical Superintendents or Managers in analyzing their vessel’s performance.
To analyze data from Noon Reports, provide feedback on reporting anomalies, if any
To publish monthly Performance reports for both Vessels and Fleets.
Execute ad hoc tasks related to Vessel Performance Management to ensure compliance with emissions regulations.
To onboard vessels on the platform by capturing data from various vessel manuals.
To analyze ME and AE performances including other auxiliaries like Boiler, etc.
