When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and account type (job candidate or employer). Job candidates may optionally add certifications, sea time, and rank information to their profile. Employers may add company details when posting jobs.
We use your information to operate your account, match job candidates with relevant vacancies, and allow employers to review applicants. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
You may access, update, or delete your profile information from your dashboard at any time. For any other privacy requests, reach out via our contact page.
